5.1. Geo Travel Co. assumes no responsibility for, nor be liable for, any acts or omissions on the part of any third-party service providers beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards such as pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the accessibility for individuals with disabilities at any destination.
5.2. We do not possess specialized knowledge concerning potential hazards during travel or at destinations. For information regarding such risks, we recommend referring to the official State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov. Furthermore, for medical and health-related guidance, we advise consulting the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel. Additionally, for destination-specific COVID-19 information, we suggest visiting IATA's COVID-tracking site in conjunction with the State Department's resources.
5.3. Your decision to travel is a personal one, and you undertake such travel with full awareness of prevailing travel recommendations, restrictions, and associated risks concerning COVID-19. Ultimately, you bear the responsibility for comprehending and adhering to all requisite travel requirements and restrictions, encompassing but not limited to health affidavit forms, pre-departure and/or upon arrival health screenings, temperature screenings, travel reason affidavit forms, online travel authorizations, airline safety and health protocols, in-country requirements such as periodic temperature checks, quarantine mandates, face coverings, and visa prerequisites. Failure to meet these stipulations may subject you to fines, quarantine, or deportation at your expense.
6. Check-in
6.1. The minimum check-in time for domestic flights is recommended to be between 1 to 1 ½ hours, while for international flights, it is suggested to allow 2 to 3 hours. Due to heightened security measures, we strongly advise allowing additional time before your scheduled departure. Failure to adhere to your airline's specified check-in time may result in denied boarding.
7. Proof of Identity
7.1. All passengers are required to furnish acceptable photo identification, such as a passport or other state or government-issued photo identification.
7.2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC AIR TRAVELERS: The Federal Real ID Act mandates stricter security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and other forms of identification, thereby prohibiting Federal agencies from accepting identification that does not conform to these standards for official purposes. Commencing on May 7, 2025, every air traveler must present Real ID-compliant identification to board a domestic flight. Consequently, individuals possessing non-compliant driver’s licenses must present an acceptable alternate form of identification, such as a valid U.S. passport. To mitigate potential disruptions to travel plans, air travelers are strongly encouraged to consult the Department of Homeland Security (www.dhs.gov/real-id) to ascertain the compliance status of their state-issued identification and identify alternate forms of accepted identification. Please refer here for the latest information on required documents.
8. Passports and Visas
8.1. Possession of a valid passport is imperative for international travel. Additionally, international destinations may impose additional prerequisites, such as visas, which must be obtained prior to departure. Non-U.S. citizens are subject to different immigration requirements. It is your responsibility to liaise with the requisite consulate(s) to fulfill these obligations. Failure to produce appropriate identification, passports, and necessary visas may result in denial of departure. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance with passport or visa inquiries.
8.2. You assume full responsibility for verifying and complying with all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requisites applicable to your destination and connecting points, in addition to understanding all pertinent conditions concerning health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destinations. Many countries necessitate that passports remain valid for six months or longer beyond the entry date. Some countries may refuse entry to individuals with prior criminal convictions, while others mandate parental consent for minors to travel.
8.3. TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. For international travel excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. Port, U.S. Citizens must have a VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin and end at the same U.S. Port, U.S. Citizens must have a valid passport or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. Non-US citizens and resident aliens should contact their respective embassies and U.S. immigration for applicable regulations.
9. Excursion and Promotional Fares
9.1. Most discounted fares are subject to specific restrictions. Changes in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s), or routing(s) may result in carriers requiring payment of full fare. We recommend seeking the assistance of our agency or the airline before effecting changes.
10. Times, Flights, and Fares
10.1. All times, flights, and fares are predicated on current tariffs and are subject to modification without prior notice.
